Trading, from Hong Kong
I have been living in this flat for almost 10 years with my flatmate near HKU station and she left Hong Kong. I am looking for a flatmate to share the rent and space with me. The room is completly cleaned and cleared before she left as per landlord's request so if someone moved in right now you have to bring your own utensils at this moment, the landlord is currently planning to do some rennovation but she is completely open to any ideas. Some requests from landlord 1. No smoking (shisha included) in the flat 2. No pets are allowed 3. You may bring friends but no staying overnight and must keep the noice low, let her know in advance 4. Keep the house very very clean (I have hired a helper around once per week) 5. Please help light the incense between 18:00 - 18:30 every day. The above message are directly from landlord, but I am welcome to help discuss with her. Students are welcome as well, room tour can be arranged but please discuss the time with me. Some introduction of me I work in wine trade so if you are a well mannered heavy drinker you came to the right place. I am a bit messy since I always return home late due to the nature of my job and I am a bit tired to do all the housework after a long day of meeting and drinking. Outside of work I seldom go out and meet people since I need some solitude to recover yet I am open for new things. I sometime cook but only with simply dishes since most of my time I will be eat out with no regular meal time. I am always welcome for discussion and changes given some amount of time, a side prove that my flatmate live with me for around 10 years without leaving.
