Sharing a flat at Kennedy Town I have been living in this flat for almost 10 years with my flatmate near HKU station and she will be leaving Hong Kong on Dec 2025. I am looking for a flatmate to share the rent and space with me. The room is completly cleaned and cleared before she left as per landlord's request so if someone moved in right now you have to bring your own utensils at this moment, the landlord is currently planning to do some rennovation but she is completely open to any ideas. Some requests from landlord 1. No smoking (shisha included) in the flat 2. No pets are allowed 3. You may bring friends but no staying overnight and must keep the noice low, let her know in advance 4. Keep the house very very clean (I have hired a helper around once per week) 5.
