Description

You will share with me a 3 bedrooms middle floor village house in Nam Wai village in Sai Kung.

You will have a double room with air-conditioning installed. It is unfurnished but if you want the furniture I can arrange.

There is only 1 toilet in the flat so we have to share. The extra room is a guest room for friends to stay overnight.

There are lots of buses and minibuses if you have to commute to Kowloon (Take buses or minibuses to Choi Hung) or Hong Kong Island (Take buses/minibuses to Hang Hau MTR)  to work. 

Bills are not included but water + electric + gas will usually less than $500 or in summer time $1000 for extra air-conditioning.

No pets and no smoking are allowed.
