Hi, I'm a prospective Master's student at PolyU looking for a room in a co-living or shared flat setup for 3–6 months. I will likely arrive between 20–25 August.

I'm friendly, organized, fairly minimalistic, and prefer to cook my own meals. I usually sleep around midnight and tend to be more of a morning person. I also like to keep shared spaces clean and organized and am happy to follow a chore schedule.

I would appreciate roommates who are communicative, proactive about maintaining cleanliness, and responsive when it comes to household matters. I'd like to be on friendly terms with my housemates, cooperate well, and contribute to a comfortable and organized living environment.

I'm comfortable sharing a flat with up to 3–4 people and am also open to sharing a room with one other person, provided the beds are not bunk beds.

Flat and room preferences:

A decent-sized window that opens fully and provides good ventilation. Window not facing south or southeast is fine.
A fully equipped and functional kitchen.
A clean and well-maintained living environment.
Convenient access to public transport and PolyU
