The bedroom is fully furnished with A/C, single bed, linens, bedside table and lamp, desk, mirror, and built-in wardrobe for hanging clothes/drawer storage. The apartment is very spacious with shared kitchen and living room, and also includes washing machine and TV. 

The unit is located in a residential area of Yau Ma Tei/Ho Man Tin neighborhood, just a short 7-minute walk from Yau Ma Tei MTR and within 5-min walking distance to restaurants, snack street, grocery stores, wet market, post office and ladies market. The building has a 24-hour doorman, elevator, and a housekeeper will come once per week.
