Looking for a roommate from late August, early Sept! 
Spacious room in Fanling only for 4,000 HKD a month + half of utilities. It’s a lovely walkup close to a lot a restaurants and convenience stores in Luen Wo Hui. 
The apartment is 450 sq ft and our own rooftop is also 450 sq ft. We have a separate kitchen with a fridge, microwave, and stovetop. The bathroom and shower is spacious too. We have a washing machine on the roof and ample space to dry clothes. 
I am currently a PhD student and I live with my cats. I am splitting the rent 60:40 due to the extra space my cats take up in the living room.
