The room is on the G/F of a 3 story building, with a roof where the washers and dryers are located. Each floor has 7 rooms, each with their own shower and toilet. Every floor has a shared kitchen and dining space, with a dining table a chairs, 2 refrigerators with freezers, an electric stove, pots and pans, bowls, plates, and cups allocated for each room, and a kettle and water dispenser. The room is very minimalistic and clean. It comes with a twin bed with storage space underneath, a desk with shelves and drawers and a desk chair, a tall wardrobe. A duvet, pillow, and hangers are also provided. This is not a shared room.

The building is located in a safe village in Shatin and is a 5 minute walk to Homesquare and a 10 minute walk to the Shatin MTR and Newtown Plaza.

Most other tenants in the building are university student and keep to themselves and respect others space. Volumes are kept low throughout the day and disturbances are rare.
