- a 700 sq ft. 2-bedroom flat with an airy balcony and greenery

- sharing with another professional female (me)

- fully furnished bedroom: 4ft double bed, open wardrobe, dresser, table.

- living room, kitchen are all fully equipped with utensils. 

- helping will come to clean up twice a month. 

- rent 5k/month (+utilities)

- stay period negotiable

- available from Jan 2025 (My flatmate is moving out)

AC, heater, dehumidifier, coffee machines, oven, TV with Netflix, and many other things are available.

ready for anyone to move in with luggage.

室友介紹

Im a very ordinary working female (37, HK). From Monday to Friday I go to city to work. I’m a calm and quiet person, who respects Roommate privacy and space a lot. I’m also clean and tidy so you won’t have to worry about having a messy home. (Cleaner does come regularly but I always keep the place tidy). I am not a chatty person but I do enjoy exchanging lines about life trivials with roommates. In my spare time I like reading, watching movies and play piano (don’t worry everything is mute when you are home) sometimes I go to beaches on lamma.
