My roommate and I are moving out from a nice small apartment on Elgin street in the center of Soho on November 14th. It is a walk up building (5th floor with a private rooftop on the 6th) and there are 2 small rooms. Rent is 15.5K.
The apartment is furnished (though we bought the furniture so you would have to buy them – at a very cheap price) : washer/dryer, beds, wardrobe, rooftop tables and lights, the reste we are giving for free.
