Each room also comes with a bed, mattress, desk, chair, and clothing rack or wardrobe, meeting all daily living needs. The rooftop features a shared space with sofas, sun umbrellas, and a tea station, along with a self-service dining area—a perfect place to relax, ideal for gatherings and social interactions.
3. Convenient Transportation: Cheung Sha Tau Village is not far from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), and the student accommodation setup offers convenient commuting options for students. It is just a 6-minute walk to the University’s Area 39 (Lo Kwee-Seong Bio-Informatics Building), from where shuttle buses can be taken to various colleges within CUHK. Additionally, Bus Route 272A has recently been introduced, with a bus stop just a 4-minute walk from the apartment. From the Pok Yan Road stop, it takes only 4 stops to the Science Park and 7 stops to University Station, with a journey time of just over 10 minutes. It is also a 15-minute walk to the Science Park’s Yat Lung Bay and a 20-minute walk to the seaside. For even greater convenience, we provide bicycles for students to travel to and from CUHK or the Science Park.
4. Safety: The village is equipped with 24-hour CCTV surveillance. As a relatively quiet community with low traffic and pedestrian flow, Cheung Sha Tau Village offers a safe environment for students. Our apartment’s 24-hour CCTV monitoring further enhances the security of the accommodation.
