【Rent】
> Annual rent payment (a total of 14 months of rent is paid at once, of which 2 months are deposits, which can be returned after the lease expires) or; quarterly payment is acceptable, quarterly rent payment (the first payment of 5 months of rent is paid, of which 2 months are deposits, which can be returned after the lease expires. The remaining three times of payment would be continually paid in quarterly basis).
> The fixed fee for water, electricity and WiFi, daily house operation management fee and house maintenance fee is $400 per month.
