📍 Location: Within a 4-minute walk of Tsim Sha Tsui, Jordan, Yau Ma Tei, or Mong Kok MTR station
💰 Budget: HKD 3,500–8,500/month (all-in preferred)
🛏 Must-haves: Furnished room with a proper bed, desk, and air conditioning
🚿 Nice to have: Private bathroom

I'm a 26 years old German guy, non-smoker. Coming to HK for a business development internship. Happy to provide references.
